Ticket Booth Staff

About the Role?

We are looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team at the ticket booth. Your main responsibility will be to welcome visitors, scan their pre-purchased tickets using our app, and hand out wristbands when tickets are valid. You will also handle ticket sales at the door, where customers may pay with either cash or PromptPay QR.

If a ticket is not valid or there is any issue, you will need to communicate with our team to resolve the situation quickly and professionally.

In this role you will

• Use our app to scan and verify tickets
• Provide wristbands to visitors with valid tickets
• Sell tickets at the door (cash or PromptPay QR)
• Communicate with the team when issues arise
• Offer clear and polite assistance to guests
